Richmond, Canada Ignite Technical Resources. Full time

On behalf of our Healthcare client based in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is seeking an Project Manager (Contact Centre Technologies) to join our client's team on a long term contract basis.

**Summary of the Role**:
This project manager will need to have experience implementing large scale contact center deployments, an understanding of multiple forms of contact communication channels for contact centre deployments (voice, chat, text-based, etc.) The project manager will also be responsible for gathering the business and clinical requirements and leading/guiding the teams on how to best implement new contact centre technology to change the business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop/Manage project plans, budget, schedule, risk, etc. with input from Project Team Members, Business Owner and other stakeholders.
- Identify and closely manage projects critical path and project dependencies.
- Oversee project team through implementation processes and collaborate with Business Owner, business leads, architecture, and other project teams where applicable.
- Oversee requirements gathering and documentation.
- Facilitate project communications across the provincial health sector.
- Maintain and update program status reports and dashboard.
- Development of project charters, business cases and evaluation plans
- Perform project management processes as per PMO standards.
- Preferable experience with CCaaS solutions.

**Skills and Experience Required for the Role**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field
- Experience working within the BC Health Sector is highly preferred.
- The ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment is necessary.
- Working knowledge and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts practices, and deliverables
- Experience working with clinical and technical stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Experience working on a transformational change project.
- Telephony/Contact Centre implementation experience highly preferred (specifically CCaaS solutions).
- Strong understanding of telephony systems and capabilities
