**JOB PROFILE**

**JOB SPECIFICITIES**
- Variable work schedule on **weekdays and weekends**, depending on installations needs;
- Must be available to travel on a weekly basis to the United States;
- Must have a valid driver’s license and Canadian passport;
- Must be at least 21 years old to be allowed to rent cars abroad.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise the team of movers/installers on site at the customers;
- Coordinate the general installation of furniture in student residences at Canadian and American universities, according to client specifications;
- Traveling to customer sites to respond to service calls;
- Plan and assess sales needs for each facility;
- Organize the logistics staff for the facilities;
- Proceed with the installation and assembly of one or two “standard” rooms in the hotel market;
- Act as a representative of the company with customers and monitor the operation of facilities according to standards.

**REQUIRED PROFILE**
- DEC or equivalent experience;
- Essential bilingualism (French-English spoken and written);
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Good management of stress and priorities, ability to work with tight deadlines;
- Being manual, resourceful and autonomous—not being afraid to get your hands dirty;
- Knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry;
- Attitude characterized by professionalism and integrity;
- Demonstrate leadership;
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients;
- Ability to adapt, flexibility and versatility in a changing and growing environment.
