Saanichton, Canada Saanich Physio+ Full time

Saanich Physio+ is a busy multi-disciplinary clinic looking for a medical office assistant/receptionist to join our growing team. This position may require the employee to work at both our clinic locations. We are seeking someone to join our team long-term and potentially take on a larger role within our team.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to**):

- Answering the phone in a professional and friendly manner and assisting clients as needed
- Able to multitask
- Taking payment
- Direct billing insurance companies through our online portals
- Updating client contact information in database system
- Ensure front end is tidy and presentable
- Understanding the highly confidential nature of our business

**Requirements**:

- Excellent computer skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- High level of oral and written communication skills in the English language
- Experience working with JaneApp is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Organized and great attention to detail
- Two years' experience in customer service environment is an asset, but not a requirement
- Able to work Evenings until 7:30pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
