**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outreach and Engagement**: Visit doctors' offices, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities in person or via phone to promote Rose Hill Care at Home Inc.'s services.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate client referrals.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Effectively communicate the value of our PSW services to potential partners and clients.
- **Market Research**: Identify potential referral sources and opportunities for expanding our reach in the community.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, leads, and sales performance to management.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the management team, caregivers, and other staff members.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage appointments, client visits, and caregiver schedules.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of client files, employee documentation, and care plans.
- **Billing & Invoicing**: Support the finance department with invoice preparation, billing, and follow-up on payments.
- **Task Management**: Assist the CEO and Directors with administrative tasks as required, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and support the execution of special projects or initiatives assigned by the CEO or Directors.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the leadership team

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields, is an asset.
- **Communication**: Native verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Independence**: Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor to establish trust and relationships.
- **Transportation**: Reliable access to transportation to visit clients and healthcare facilities as needed.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to manage your own schedule while meeting sales goals and deadlines.
