London, Canada D&S Plumbing and Heating Full time

Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide additional administration assistance as well as project management support to team members and showroom consultant and perform basic office and accounting administrative functions.

Office Administration and Accounting
- Prepare and process invoices, match credits to ensure received
- Manage invoices relating to assigned A/P accounts including batching and entering
- Assist with company receivables
- Post monthly payables
- Assist with administrative overflow and special projects from other departments as needed
- Manage bi-weekly office supply orders and maintain appropriate quantities Other projects as required

Skills & Expertise
- Excellent computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,), Quick Books
- Attention to detail and 100% accuracy in data entry, checking of documents, and record-keeping
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure with frequent interruptions
- Maintains confidentiality of information
- Ability to work independently, or in a team; able to prioritize multiple competing requests
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and patience
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Qualifications and abilities
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Minimum 3-5 years Receptionist/Office Administrator experience, 1 or more years in construction industry preferred
- Community college diploma in Business Administration
- Exceptional customer-service skills and effective communication both verbal and written
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook, Quick Books
- Plumbing knowledge; products/new construction an asset
- Prior experience providing project management support and/or sales and marketing support in construction industry would be ideal, though not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
