The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented residential cleaner who can step into a team lead role when needed. This is a casual, on-call position perfect for someone looking for flexible hours with a growing small business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional residential cleaning services with a strong focus on detail
- Lead and support small teams on site as needed
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and team members
- Assist in onboarding and supporting new cleaners when required
- Great customer service

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3+ years of residential cleaning experience (team lead experience an asset)

Incredible attention to detail and pride in your work

Own car and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)

Preferably living in Airdrie, AB

Availability for casual, on-call shifts

Ability to work independently or as a team taking the lead and initiative

Criminal background check required
