**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide individualized support to children with special education needs or working persons with disabilities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- Monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles.
- Maintain classroom organization and manage time effectively to ensure all activities are conducted smoothly.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- Incorporate bilingual education methods, such as Frenchify techniques, when applicable.

**Experience**
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a classroom setting with young children is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education practices is an asset.
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proven leadership abilities to guide students in their learning journey.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly classroom environment.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
