Bingemans is in the business of providing Grand Experiences

**Convention Services Attendant i**s responsible for the set up and tear down of function rooms and spaces specifically tables, chairs, drapery, decorations, tablecloths and cleaning.

**What will you be doing**:

- Ensure that all rooms and functions are setup and completed accurately in accordance with the Event order.
- Ensure that tables, chairs, stages, moveable walls are kept in good working condition and returned to their appropriate storage place.
- Set up poles and drapery for trade shows.
- Ensure the proper placement of AV equipment.
- Perform other duties as required by the Convention Services Supervisor.

**What We're Looking For?**
- Relevant work experience considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for an extended amount of time.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Must be consistent in making sure that detail is followed when setting up rooms.
- Ability to handle constant changes to satisfy the customer's needs.
- Hours vary dependent on function levels (must be able to work evening/overnight and weekend shifts).
