**HOW YOU WILL PARTICIPATE IN CREATING MOMENTS OF HAPPINESS**:

- Mise en place
- Preparation, cooking and seasoning of dishes
- Plating
- Keeping work areas clean
- Active role during service

**THE CUISINE**

Modern French cuisine with quality ingredients: classic beef tartare, sweetbreads à la Normande, Quebec rack of lamb, fried octopus, gnocchi with Roquefort cheese, tuna steak, burrata salad, farro-haloumi salad.

**PROFILE REQUIRED**:

- DEP in institutional cooking
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in French cuisine
- Flexible availability (brunches, lunches, evenings, weekends)
