What will you do?
- Protection of warehouse inventory, both physical and in system, leading to a goal of $0 inventory loss
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure field sales and operations needs
- Monitoring and optimizing the inventory turnover ratio
- Compile and complete purchase orders for new inventory
- Staging or overseeing the staging of daily equipment for installations
- Overseeing or carrying out the loading and unloading of inventory
- Ensure all inventory information is entered into inventory tracking program
- Ensure the scanning of all inventory both into, and out of, the warehouse
- Act as contact person for inbound warehouse requests from external departments
- Perform Physical inventory and Cycle counts
- Reconcile inventory through value chain to ensure that vendors are producing to contractual obligations and all partners are meeting requirements
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to outline inventory management performance

What do you bring?

- Previous warehouse and logistics experience
- Demonstrated understanding in corporate purchasing and inventory management
- Must possess excellent mathematical and analytical skill sets
- Computer proficient (MS suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Inventory Management System)
- Customer focused; skilled at interacting with both internal and external customers
- Flexibility and adaptability; experience working in a dynamic and growing work environment
- Ability to lead, motivate and engage a large, geographically dispersed workforce
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to direct a unionized service group
- After hours or weekend hours may be required to support escalations
- Required to lift and maneuver supplies up to 75 lbs and over with the assistance of material handling equipment
- Must have a valid class G driver’s license
