**What you will be doing**:

- Greet and support clients and visitors to The Family Centre (in person and by phone)
- Answer calls, handle general inquiries, address client inquiries, and maintain records of clients
- Perform administrative duties such as processing client intakes, file closures, critical incident reports, third-party disclosures, creating and maintaining forms, and compiling reports
- Ensure office areas are well-stocked with appropriate supplies
- Assist in opening and/or closing the agency as needed

**What you will bring to the role**:

- 2 years of postsecondary education is preferred
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Able to work in a shared space and shared role
- Computer literacy and the ability to multitask with a range of electronic system
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, intermediate Adobe Creative Suite skills, and general competency in PowerPoint
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays

**Background Check Process & Requirements**:
As a part of the selection process, The Family Centre will conduct reference checks with your most recent employers.
- Police Information Check (completed within the last 6 months)
- Child Intervention Records Check (completed within the last 6 months)
- Suicide Intervention Training, required within 3 months of start date
- Certification in First Aid and Level C CPR within the first 3 months of employment

- $43,288 to $55,511 annually
