**Description**

We are seeking a Business Development Administrator in a full time and/or part time capacity who will support the business development activities of Partner International.

This is a key administrative support function for the business development team.

This new team member will work closely with the business development team to coordinate meetings with potential customers, preparation of marketing campaigns, support our client’s objectives, and provide overall support as needed. The role will also require research to update and manage our internal databases.

This is a unique opportunity to work globally from a Dartmouth location.

**Responsibilities**

This position’s primary focus is to provide administrative support to the business development team at Partner International.

**Key Job Functions**
- Manage and execute global outreach and marketing campaigns.
- Organize business development logistics, including arranging meetings and conference calls.
- Manage PI’s internal contact database, including adding and updating contact information.
- Provide support to PI’s clients through research and outreach.

**Qualifications**

**We are seeking**:

- A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while juggling several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and research skills are essential.
- High level of computer literacy, including aptitude with office computer programs -Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
