**CUSTOMER SERVICE/ACCOUNT COORDINATOR**

Established in 1995, we are a reputable and rapidly growing sports and fashion sales agency looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE/ACCOUNT COORDINATOR to join our team located in the Fashion District on Wingold Avenue.

We are seeking to fill a full-time permanent position. This position offers a 5 day work week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Monitor customer orders, review status and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Order entry.
- Work with Customers to arrange for new Product launches.
- Provide customer service to internal divisions.
- Work internally with teams to provide information and maintain data in systems.
- Report on customer orders as required.
- Process returns and exchanges.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Responsible for maintaining showroom samples for presentation
- Opportunity to attend trade shows for the sport and fashion industries.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
- Competency in Intermediate MS Office, Power Point and Excel
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Experience in either the sport or fashion industry (wholesale or retail), would be an asset
