**Green Sky Roofing is Hiring a Project Manager Assistant**

If so, **Green Sky Roofing** is looking for a **Project Manager Assistant** to support our growing operations

As a **Project Manager Assistant**, you will work closely with our Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with trades, suppliers, and clients to maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance with safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in scheduling and tracking project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support the ordering of materials and ensure timely delivery
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and job progress updates
- Ensure all safety requirements are being met on-site
- Help maintain accurate records of budgets, invoices, and expense reports
- Support onboarding and orientation for new trades and subcontractors
- Address any project-related issues and assist in troubleshooting site challenges
- Assist in maintaining proper manpower allocation to meet project demands

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a construction-related role (administration, coordination, or project assistance)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, soft metals, and exterior components is an asset
- Proficiency in project management software (JobNimbus experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
