The Sweet North is in need of experienced Customer Service team mates. As a part of our team, you will assist the daily operations of our Fort William Road and/or Court Street locations. If you are an individual with excellent people skills and unlimited enthusiasm, you can find lots of room for growth within our organisation.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of The Sweet North.
- Maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Food preparation, serving pastries, making custom espresso beverages, handling cash and credit card transactions, cleaning duties, opening and closing duties

Must have safe food handling

Wage starts at $16.55/hr (based on experience) plus tips (avg $3-$4/hr)

Benefits package for full time employees after 3 month probationary period

We have openings for part time and full time positions.
