**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding menu items, food preparation, and safety practices.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, adhering to food safety standards.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of baked goods preparation techniques (at least 2 years), and safe food handling practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for cooking or baking, as it enhances product knowledge and customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
