Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors and ensure a positive first impression of the clinic
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Manage patient files and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to increase patient engagement and retention
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in a medical or aesthetics setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
