Sunset Country Ford is a dealership that operates under the Beyak Automotive Group, along with the Fort Frances Collision Centre, Fort Frances GM, Dryden GM and Sioux Lookout GM. With over 130 dedicated employees between locations, this is your opportunity to join our team
- Strong leadership and communication skills in order to effectively manage and support daily operations of the dealership
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and employees
- Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret data from financial reports concerning all dealership departments and rectify or capitalize on opportunities
- Ability to clearly communicate organizational expectations among employees to ensure efficient departmental workings
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of 30+ employees to maintain a positive work environment
- Motivation to build and develop relationships with valuable community partners
Remuneration will be based on qualifications and will also include a generous, employer paid benefit plan and matching RRSP benefits.
