**Inbound Customer Care Representative - Remote**

Unified is looking for experienced Call Centre Customer Service Representatives to handle Inbound Customer Service calls from existing customers.
- Full-Time positions available between 5am to 9pm
- **100% remote position working from home**

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a Call Centre Customer Service environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
- Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
- Strong English communication and people skills - written and verbal communication
- Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience on each and every call
