**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate daily with the office team on project logistics, scheduling, and equipment needs.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor performance on-site and escalate issues or delays when necessary.
- Take precise measurements for installations (e.g., kitchens, doors, shelves).
- Perform walkthroughs, inspections, and quality checks, ensuring all deficiencies are addressed.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and updates through Connecteam or similar systems.
- Capture clear inspection photos (before/after, unit numbers, etc.).
- Resolve on-site challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Assist with minor hands-on corrections when needed.
- Communicate consistently with resident managers and office staff to keep everyone aligned.

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in construction project management or site supervision.
- Must operate as a **subcontractor** (not an employee) and provide invoices for work completed.
- Strong understanding of renovation workflows, inspections, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, especially kitchen layouts.
- Comfortable performing light physical tasks and using basic tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
