Your daily responsibilities:

- Prioritize and troubleshoot issues, and escalate more complicated issues to senior team members according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters;
- Progress issues, provide and document relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification;
- Create / manage and document tickets to full resolution via incident management system;
- Identify opportunities for process / product improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives;
- Contribute to various SDLC phases and to software development activities and coding.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or a related field;
- 1+ year of experience in a similar position, in an entry-level Application Analyst OR with C# /.Net development;
- Good verbal communication and documentation skills;
Nice to have skills OR Skills you will develop in the Junior Applications Analyst position:

- HMTL5, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, React, TypeScript
- MSSQL
- PowerShell
