**Position Summary**:
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements for field inventory processes, working in partnership with the office team. You will also be directly responsible for the timely execution of audits and returns, utilizing existing reporting and processes to drive actionable insights and tangible results. As part of your responsibilities, you will benchmark best practices across various regions and recommend innovative practices for implementation within your territory. Reporting directly to the Asset Management Lead, you will provide regular updates, highlighting your contributions and progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Become a consistent Johnson & Johnson presence in the field, fostering collaborative partnerships with Customers and the Sales Team while striving for continuous improvement in Asset Management and Inventory Optimization.

**Field Audits**:

- Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and execute an annual audit risk assessment and implementation strategy that enhances accountability and compliance across the consigned inventory.
- Drive the scheduling and execution of field audits alongside the Sales Force, ensuring thorough and efficient assessments that uphold operational integrity.
- Reconcile annual field count results, working diligently with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Planning to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.

**Inventory Management and Optimization**:

- Partner with Sales Representatives and Customers to gather valuable insights, ensuring precise Field Inventory Accuracy and efficient management of expiry dates within the territory.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of product utilization to recommend optimal consigned product mixes for accounts, while identifying and leveraging opportunities to enhance underutilized assets and mitigate expiry replacement risks.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to spearhead inventory reduction initiatives and coordinate consignment retrieval efforts, playing a critical role in the success of field inventory optimization projects.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for returns, effectively managing the field process and ensuring the accurate generation of all necessary documentation.
- Deliver strategic insights and approvals for new consignment additions, emphasizing optimization to enhance product availability and drive overall business efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, elevate performance, and maximize inventory effectiveness across the region.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and/or University degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field preferred.

**Required**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- Bilingual (French and English) is required - please note that proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required for this role, as you will be interacting with English-speaking customers and stakeholders.

**Preferred**:

- Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain or Operations specifically within the medical device industry, with a strong focus on the effective management of consigned inventory and an understanding of associated processes and challenges.
- Proven ability to effectively analyze and manage large data sets, drawing insightful conclusions to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners, fostering productive working relationships.
- Possess a strong customer-centric demeanor and the aptitude to represent Johnson & Johnson with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously with mínimal supervision, showcasing initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
