**Job description**

FT - $18/hour + Benefits

StorageVault Canada Inc is seeking an experienced Maintenance/Janitorial Associate to join our maintenance team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing daily cleaning and upkeep of the properties.
- Front line support for property-related tasks as directed.
- Heavy lifting of pallets, snow shovelling,
- No forklifts

**Requirements**:

- Previous Janitorial/light maintenance experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- Experience with basic repairs and hand tools would be an asset.
- Clear criminal record.
- Valid driver’s license and daily access and use of a reliable vehicle. Travel between locations may be required.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
- Custodial: 2 years (preferred) Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Driving License (required)
