As a result of business success and increased customer demand, Crosslink Technology is looking to expand its Production team and are looking for a Cast Parts Production Operator.

**Duties**
- Production of cast parts production as per customer requirements and Company quotas
- Be knowledgeable with the handling properties of materials used.
- Manufacture parts at the quality level required.
- Report any non-compliance issues or concerns immediately to Cast Parts Lead Hand and/or Plant Manager.
- Follow Company safety procedures and escalate any health and safety issues to management including reporting of near miss situations.
- Be engaged with the company’s 5S, Lean and continuous improvement program.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Completion of Secondary school diploma.
- WHMIS knowledge.
- 1+ years experience working in industrial production.
- Good ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to self-motivate and organize priorities to ensure customer and Company needs are being met.

Starting hourly rate is based on skills and experience. Benefits include 3 weeks of paid vacation, summer hours between June-September and time off between Christmas and New Years.

**Salary**: $19.50-$21.50 per hour
