**Key Responsibilities**

**Payroll Administration**:
**- Process and manage the company’s payroll accurately and on time for all employees.**

**- Ensure payroll data is up-to-date, including timesheets, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.**

**- Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.**

**- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.**

**- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations, ensuring all processes adhere to current standards.**

**HR Administration**:
**- Maintain and update employee records (e.g., new hires, terminations, salary changes).**

**- Assist with the recruiting process for new employees, including background checks and setting up payroll and benefits.**

**- Administer employee benefits programs.**

**- Manage employee leave requests, including vacation, sick leave, and FMLA.**

**- Support performance management processes and handle routine HR inquiries.**
