**Job Overview**

This position is to assist several people in our office with managing our growing sales flow as well as helping to assist customers on the phone.

**Some highlights while working with us**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- General office organization, correspondence, file maintenance & administrative support
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Bookkeeping & accounting including creating invoices, processing counter sales, entering bills & tracking/follow-up of accounts receivable
- Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Support the team with clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
- We strongly encourage team collaboration

**Requirements**:

- You must have good capabilities with basic bookkeeping/accounting procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
