**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct routine cleaning of the building common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including walkways and entrances.
- Monitor supplies and equipment, reporting any needs for replenishment or repairs.
- Assist trades people with access
- Respond promptly to any cleaning or maintenance requests from staff or residents.
- Program and issue fobs to residents

**Skills**
- Experience in caretaking and cleaning is preferred, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
- Ability to maintain facilities effectively, ensuring all areas are clean and well-organized.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and residents effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks is a plus, demonstrating versatility in the role.
