Toronto, Canada IQ Partners Inc. Full time

Responsibilities & Tasks:

- Proficiency in the Rules of Civil Procedure and adeptness in navigating online court filing systems;
- Crafting various correspondences and legal pleadings;
- Coordinating court appearances, discovery examinations, and other crucial appointments;
- Formulating court documents, Affidavits of Documents, and related materials;
- Engaging with attorneys, clients, process servers, skip tracers, and other external entities.

Qualifications:

- At least four years of experience in civil litigation;
- Capability to operate autonomously, adhere to instructions with mínimal supervision, and exhibit initiative when necessary;
- Holder of a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma/Certificate from an accredited institution;
- Highly organized, demonstrating excellence in both written and verbal communication;
- Familiarity with litigation software, including document management tools.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
