Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative designs that transform backyards into luxurious, functional spaces. We are looking for an experienced and driven **Landscape Foreman** to help us lead and execute our landscape and pool installation projects with precision and professionalism.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Landscape Foreman** at Boulder Design, you will be responsible for overseeing both landscaping and pool installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be a key leader on the job site, managing a team of skilled landscapers and pool installers, while also ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining safety on all projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Lead and manage daily operations on landscaping and pool installation job sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet budget requirements.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor a crew of landscapers, pool installers, and laborers, ensuring the highest standard of work, efficient collaboration, and a positive team environment.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and monitor the work performed by crew members, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the company's specifications and industry standards.

Pay: $21.48-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
