Rosenau Transport Ltd is currently seeking an experienced AR COLLECTIONS Clerk at our Edmonton Corporate Office. This position will be responsible for accounts receivable administration and the processing account collections for a six month term contract positon.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with respect to accounts receivable, including posting errors.
- Handle customer requests for service and information in a timely manner.
- Regularly review the status of accounts receivable ensuring accounts are kept current and short payments are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Observe all company rules, policies and procedures with regards to quality control, Occupational Health and Safety, etc.
- Perform sundry duties as assigned by the AR & Credit Manager.

Skills & Education Required:

- Professional Customer Service communications skills, both written and verbal
- **Must have 3-5 years Accounts Receivable Collection experience**:

- Must have positive attitude with a willingness to wok with internal and external stakeholders;
- Demonstrated accounts receivable collection and account reconciliation experience;
- Familiarity with AS400 systems and processes would be considered an asset;
- Familiarity with Credit Card Systems and CSR Service Excellence is required.
