Reporting to the Sr. Director, HRBP, the HR Co-op Student is responsible for providing general HR support to the various functions of the Human Resources Department. They will have a variety of administrative responsibilities, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. This role is a great opportunity for a Human Resources Co-op Student who is passionate about learning and contributing to employer and employee success. This is a full time opportunity for a 3-4 month internship/contract.

**Payroll and Benefits**:
- Maintain and upload documents into HR files
- Gather information from employee files upon request including scanning, copying, and sending documents.
- Prepare Employment Verification letters
- Provide support with assigned projects
**Recruitment / New Hire Process**:
- Exposure to the entire recruitment life cycle within the organization
- Preparation of virtual New Hire packages
- Exposure to in-person New Hire Orientations
**Learning and Development**:
- Support with the coordination of Learning The Rexall Way training sessions and/or ther training as required.
- Perform other Administrative duties as assigned
**ER/LR**
- Support ER/LR
