Our Regina, SK location is getting ready for the new season ahead, and we are in need of more personnel to ensure that our customers receive the best retail service that we can offer. As a member of the Prairie Summit retail team, you’ll serve as an ambassador of all of our brands and help us keep our commitment to an exceptional customer experience at our retail stores.

We are currently looking for self motivated people to work **PART TIME** hours (including weekdays, Thursday evenings & weekends) at our **REGINA location**.

Skills: Must consistently provide the highest standard of customer service while keeping focused on team objectives and excel in individual sales. Must be able to converse with customers on a variety of outdoor activities. Accuracy and attention to detail is required in communication and handling register transactions, and when completing inventory tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Top priority is providing customers shopping at The North Face with exceptional customer service.
- Actively use selling skills to meet sales objectives.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and support
- Merchandising, stocking, developing product knowledge, helping customers find exactly what they need
- Accurately and efficiently count stock
- Cashiering, answering multi-line phones
- Successfully start and finish store transactions, from “hello” to “Have a great day”
- Reports to the management team and regularly communicate with other store's staff and central staff.
- Complete all non-selling tasks as required. (eg. Receiving, unpacking, hanging, folding, labeling, organizing back-stock, accurately counting inventory, etc.)
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times

Qualifications:

- **Retail sales experience (1+ years) in a sales position within a retail environment (selling and advising customers on product selection)**
- Strong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Motivated and creative team player
- Be able to work flexible hours (including Thursday evenings & weekends)
- Outdoor experience and knowledge of The North Face and other outdoor brands, a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $12.50 per hour
