**Inspector - Sarnia, ON**

Procor Limited manages Canada’s largest private tank car lease fleet and operates an extensive repair network across the country. Our fleet has grown to include more than 30,500 special purpose tank and freight cars. Procor also operates 25 repair locations servicing the petroleum, plastics, chemicals, fertilizers, and food markets.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inspector with our Sarnia Service Centre. This opportunity is perfect for someone with experience looking for a stable position in an organization that offers advancement.

**Primary Responsibilities and Deliverables**:

- Inspection of inbound, in-process, and outbound rail cars
- AAR qualification of tank cars
- Non-destructive testing (visual inspection, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle and ultrasonic)
- Responsible for shift supervision as required
- Other related responsibilities as assigned

**Desired Skills and Expertise**:

- Experience in railcar repair and knowledge of AAR rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team building experience
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines are required

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in an environment with continuous exposure to outdoor weather, as well as dust, fumes, and noise.
- Adhere to Procor’s health and safety standards (including the Responsible Care policy) and wear the required personal protective equipment for the job in a safe manner.
