**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food handling and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Train new staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in food preparation and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Operate POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic bartending skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a hospitality setting.
