**Job Description**:
Job Summary:
Provide accounting support with daily processing of accounts payable related activities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enter accounts payable invoices- Prepare payment runs- Correspond with vendors, including reconciling statements- Work with internal depts to resolve issues

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma- Minimum 2 years of experience in an AP role, including basic knowledge of accounting procedures- Strong computer/data entry skills - Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook), Accounting ERP (SAP would be an asset)- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to handle large volumes- Good communication skills, professional manner- Ethical behavior, ability to handle sensitive financial information
