**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Plant, irrigate, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of the grounds.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and other areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Assist in seasonal planting and garden design projects as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve landscaping goals and maintain high standards of appearance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools like lawnmowers and trimmers is essential.
- A strong understanding of plant care, irrigation techniques, and landscape design principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
