**Requirements**:

- **Must have Sales Experience - both in person and over the phone**:

- Customer Service Experience
- Must be Available to Work 10-20 hours per week, Evenings & Weekends.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries and bookings.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing and managing guest information.
- Assist in coordinating the flow of guests and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as necessary.
- Sell packages over the phone/in person and enter them into our booking system

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and clerical duties is a plus.
- Ability to operate phone systems and computerized reservation systems effectively.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
