**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
To plan, organize, direct and control maintenance work on all the organization's terminals, while supporting the Vice-President, Material Resources in infrastructure management.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Internal and external customer service
- Driver satisfaction;
- Maintain communication with operations management;
- Manage major supplier accounts.

Work planning and management
- Scheduling and work planning;
- Predictive and preventive maintenance management;
- Subcontractor and supplier management;
- Communication of various projects, purchases and deadlines.

Operating budget management and monitoring
- Monitoring of performance indicators;
- Control of monthly expenses;
- Participation in annual budget preparation, monitoring and purchasing.

Personnel management
- Manage, mobilize and develop your team;
- Maintain a healthy work climate within the team and between companies;
- Ensures compliance with OHS standards.

Equipment management
- Preparation of equipment required for special projects;
- Recommendations for the purchase and optimization of equipment;
- Monitoring of vehicle warranties, registrations and service life;
- Maintain corporate image;
- Accident management, damage assessment and repairs;
- Implementation of various software and equipment.

**QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE**
- Professional degree;
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience;
- Bilingualism required (French-English);
- Knowledge of the MIR maintenance management system an asset;
- Mastery of the Office suite.
