Receptionist/customer Service

You’re energetic, efficient, have loads of experience booking appointments, and balancing end-of-day sales. You’ve also got a knack for talking (_and listening_) to clients to help them solve problems, find what they’re looking for, and retain their business. If this sounds like you, you’re just what our External Affairs Medical Spa Edmonton and St. Albert teams are looking for

**What you’ll do**:

- Accept inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist clients with appointment bookings
- Know the ins and outs of all our services and products to answer client questions
- Review our schedule to make sure we’re appropriately stocked for upcoming appointments
- Greet clients when they arrive for their appointments
- Facilitate completion of clinic consents and documentation
- Create invoices and receive payment
- Complete daily reconciliation for balanced payments and services
- Assist with rebooking appointments

**Qualifications we’re looking for**:

- You’ve already got a couple years of customer service experience under your belt. Bonus points if it’s in the beauty or wellness industry
- A friendly and positive communicator
- Someone who’s detail oriented and can use this skill to problem solve
- A multi-tasking machine who can handle juggling several things at a time
- Someone with organizational skills that rival Marie Kondo
- A computer whiz kid who’s great at using Excel, Word, Google Suite, and scheduling programs
- Have you taken a course that would be an asset to you in this position? We’d love to hear about it
