We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
**Role Purpose**
The Finance Analyst supports the finance function in the preparation & support of financial information & analysis.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide relevant & accurate information to support commercial decisions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting,& forecasts & annual budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insight
- Work with finance colleagues to monitor revenue & pipeline forecasts
- Assist in the development of client profitability analysis
- Monitoring of key cost drivers by capability & type of spend
- Review market information to support financial insight Provide ad-hoc financial analysis on project work
Qualifications & Key Expereinces
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling and presentation skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Accountability) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collegiately with finance colleagues & business customers
