We are seeking **a reliable and responsible** **Flagger to manage traffic flow and ensure safety** at our busy construction site in Springbank Hill, Calgary. This role is ideal for a someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a natural sense of authority, and can confidently direct traffic while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with residents, construction staff, and trade partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and maintain safe work zones with appropriate traffic signage and equipment.
- Direct traffic using stop/slow paddles, ensuring the safety of vehicles, pedestrians, and workers.
- Monitor and adjust traffic flow to prevent congestion and maintain order.
- Communicate effectively with construction crews, trade partners, and the public.
- Ensure that all workers and visitors follow site safety rules and procedures.
- Arrive fit for duty and on time, ready with all necessary equipment.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Adapt to changing site conditions, including weather and logistics.

**Working Conditions**

This is a full-time role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. Shifts may be flexible based on construction needs, typically aligning with site hours.
