**DISHWASHER**

**We are looking for dedicated Dishwashers to support the culinary growth of our incredible team.**

**We are a new North London restaurant serving local, ethical and sustainable contemporary Canadian cuisine. We aim to bring intercontinental flavours and homegrown ingredients together to form harmonious cuisine. We are looking to recruit line cooks with the correct mixture of skill, experience and positive attitude. We are also looking for the right fit for our team. This is a great position for those looking to get a foot in the door of the hospitality industry for the first time or for those looking to be one of the greatest assets a restaurant can have.**

**What You'll Do**:
**You are vital to the advancement of our restaurant. Without you, we cannot succeed. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- **Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.**
- **Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.**
- **Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.**
- **Properly washes, stacks and stores glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.**
- **Properly uses chemical dilutions**
- **Maintains trash bins throughout shift and removes full trash bins and boxes at the end of each shift.**
- **Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.**
- **Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-44 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
