**Oakville Volkswagen (a division of Weins Canada Inc.)** is currently seeking an experienced **General Manager** to join our growing and dynamic automotive group in the GTA.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the General Manager will be responsible for executing the dealership’s business plan ultimately ensuring impactful leadership, growth in sales/service/parts operations, curating the overall client experience, and improving the financial performance of the dealership.
- A proven track record for success in a General Manager role
- Demonstrated experience in guiding the attainment of sales and growth targets, profit levels, staffing expenses and inventory levels
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills with a proven track record of growing and developing teams
- A commitment and focus on employee and guest satisfaction
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software along with experience with Reynolds and Reynolds / CDK / 180 and other industry related tools (v-Auto, etc.)
- Post-Secondary Education (preferably with Dealership Management Training through NADA, Georgian College, etc.)
- A valid OMVIC and Driver’s License
