Located in the Galleria of the Fallsview Casino, Lucky’s Restaurant & Bar introduces a new dining experience. The elevated breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus are classic yet modern perfectly in tune with the stunning art-deco setting. At night, the chic lounge transforms into a space reminiscent of a vintage speakeasy. Specially created handcrafted cocktails and an atmosphere designed to encourage guests to interact and mingle emphasizes the social experience and our vibe-driven approach.

We are currently looking for **Part-Time (24 hours per week)** Bartender to join our Food & Beverage Team.

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods
- Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Take guest food orders as needed and accurately serve guests
- Follow appropriate procedures for serving alcohol
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting using the guests’ names when possible
- Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
- Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous bartending experience required
- Smart Serve required
- Personable with very good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
