In alignment with our **Industry Cloud** mission & strategy, the **Go To Market Leader** will collaborate across the company, in a matrixed environment, to ensure customer success. Service Lines are multi-functional direct and indirect teams with capabilities across the customer journey (prospecting, pursuit, and delivery) with a focus on a specific industry. You, and your global cross-organizational collaborators, will identify relevant solutions and offerings for the Canadian market and will drive sales & delivery of those solutions on top of the Industry Clouds to add more business value for our customers.

- Go to Market Strategy development
- Canada wide approach, landing & execution while driving customer engagement
- Full financial and scorecard responsibility for a professional services business

- Match the right market leading solutions offered by Industry Solutions that address both known and unknown challenges across our key customers in the Public Sector, Energy & Financial Services verticals

- Align to how ISVs & GSIs are already organized - making it easy for them to engage
- Accelerate business value by leveraging “prebuilt kits”
- Focus on core value add instead of re-inventing the basics

- Earn customer loyalty through reliable, predictable delivery
- Gain business efficiencies through repeatable and scalable assets
Accountabilities
- “On Strategy” Selling
- Increased Engagement with Global / WW / Time Zone Resources
- Maintenance of Partner Heatmap by Service Line & Solution Area
- Subject Matter Expertise on all Service Line Offerings & Solution Area Alignment
- Facilitating Customer Facing, Industry Specific Briefings
**Qualifications**:
- Profound understanding of how transformational solutions, through cloud technology and services, can address and key customer needs across the public sector, financial services and energy verticals
- 15+ years of industry professional services sales and delivery work experience
- 8+ years of account management experience
- 4+ years of experience in sales/selling
- 4+ years of project/portfolio management experience
- Industry experience within Financial Services, Government or Energy
- Extensive people leadership experience; inspiring and fostering a culture of customer centricity, attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the industry
