**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Brandner Farms Organics. Our store offers a variety of organic products including fresh organic fruits and vegetables, meats, dairy products, and a wide selection of pantry items. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting organic farming practices, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting organic produce, meats, dairy products, and pantry items.
- Provide information about organic farming practices, product benefits, and preparation methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Receive deliveries, check incoming products for quality and freshness, and manage inventory.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture, and healthy living.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

- Food Handlers Certification
- Baking / Food Prep Experience
