**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Coach/ train employees for COOKING, Cashier, pack line.
- Hand on for cooking, cashier, & packline.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
- Maintain high standards of food handling and safety practices in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in training new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations related to the restaurant industry.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately; prior cash handling experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. **Tasks**:
