Carpenters Helper

Hamilton based remodel company is looking for an individual for Residential home additions & renovations.

Starting pay is $20/hr to $22/hr depending on experience.

This is only a starting wage that will increase as you grow in experience, confidence, reliability, adapt ability and so forth.

Do not hesitate to list your expectation of starting wage.

Increases come with experience, progression of adaptability & capabilities. Looking for a self motivated go-getter.

We do from ground up construction to all aspects of finishing.

If you excel at certain aspects please make sure to highlight them.

Example of some of duties that you may have experience with would be: Install hardwood floors, demolition, install cabinets, drywall, insulation, tile, finish trim, doors, framing, take measurements, calculate sizes, etc. If so, tell me about it.

Our priority is to deliver exceptional quality craftmanship to our clients while make work fun and exciting. We are well organized and use top quality products. We implement the newest construction methods while maintaining a high emphasis on safety at all times. A clean workspace and good relations with our clients is a very high priority.

Must have G license with own transportation as we travel within a 60KM radius (Hamilton, Dundas, Burlington, Ancaster, Stoney Creek). We try to book locally for most of our work.

Please let me know if you have your own tool belt and basic hand tools. If not, we can see what we can do for you.

Safety boots are a must.

All power tools are supplied on the job.

Looking for someone with a good eye for detail and clean work ethic.

Looking for a serious team player who is capable of learning new skills wanting to learn, grow and advance within the company. Energetic and self-starter.

The more confident and skilled you become the more your pay will increase.

Our small team are treated well, we shut down for 2 weeks vacation in the summer and take1 week off at Christmas. We typically work 8-9 hours a day.

Must be someone that wants to come to work, likes the atmosphere, works hard and shows up on time every day.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
