Booster Juice has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Franchise Coordinator** to join our growing team.

This full-time **in-person** position is based out of our head office in **Edmonton, AB**.

**What You’ll Do**:
As part of our superstar real estate & franchise development team, you’ll work closely with the Director of Franchise Development and the Franchise Manager. As the Franchise Coordinator, you are a key player in identifying and onboarding new franchise partners to the Booster Juice family while overseeing the franchise resale process for existing locations. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who is eager to learn and develop both personally and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Ambassador**: Represent the brand effectively when dealing with external vendors and stakeholders.
- **Franchise Partner Onboarding**: Assist in the identification and onboarding of new franchise partners to join the Booster Juice family.
- **Franchise Resale Process**: Oversee and manage the franchise resale process for existing locations, ensuring smooth transitions for both parties involved.
- **Franchise Partner Support**: Manage the day-to-day needs of each franchise partner, providing support, addressing inquiries, and offering assistance with questions and concerns.
- **Performance Analysis**: Collect franchise reports to assess job performance and provide franchisees with the information and support they need to succeed. Analyze and verify franchise agreement information to provide data necessary to secure business licenses.
- **Strategic Business Support**: Partner with Franchise Partners and internal teams to strategize and implement an ongoing business performance plan. Provide direct support and align resources cross-functionally to help measure, analyze, and enhance franchisee performance.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest improvements or efficiencies to the organization's existing franchise processes.
- **Policy and Procedure Guidance**: Explain franchise policies and procedures to new franchise partners and applicants.
- **Collaborative Coordination**: Work collaboratively with Operations, IT, Purchasing, and Training departments to ensure all new locations and store ownership transfers are completed accurately and on schedule.
- **Documentation Preparation and Management**: Ensure all documentation is prepared correctly, complete, and organized, including pre-screen sheets, site summaries, and other franchise department documentation.
- **Flexible Schedule**: Be available for occasional evening and weekend work as necessary.

**What You Bring**:

- **Tech-savvy**: Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Travel**: Must have regular access to a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel as needed
- **Meticulousness**: Keen attention to detail
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or have acquired a diploma/degree in Business or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a Franchise Coordinator role or transferable position is an asset.
- **Organization**: Stellar organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and ever-changing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
