We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand our B2B client base and promote our diverse offerings.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell CDC Computers’ offerings, including computers, IT services, CCTV camera systems, network infrastructure, and consumables, to businesses in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-person visits, phone calls, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their technology needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries, focusing on businesses requiring IT and security solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications and expectations.
- Utilize CRM for lead tracking, client communication, and accurate record-keeping.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline growth and conversion rates. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in IT, CCTV, and network technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of computers, IT services, CCTV camera systems, network infrastructure, and consumables (training provided to enhance knowledge).
- Proven experience in direct B2B sales through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
- Strong self-marketing and prospecting skills to independently generate leads.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (preferred) for client visits.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools. Knowledge of Winnipeg’s local business landscape and technology market is an advantage.
